All watch status records (such as completed episodes, watch history, and resume playback timestamps) are saved purely in your device's local memory (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not synchronized to external personal user databases.

3. Advertising & Analytics (Start.io)

Nexus is ad-supported and free to use without subscription fees. We integrate industry-standard ad SDKs (such as Start.io) to deliver banner and interstitial advertisements. These SDKs may collect non-personal, anonymized technical telemetry such as device model, operating system version, coarse geographic location (country or region), and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) solely for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and frequency capping.

4. Stream Indexing & Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Nexus HD and Nexus TV operate exclusively as a client-side media scraper and player interface. We do not host, store, upload, or manage any audiovisual media files on our own servers. All stream links and metadata are indexed from publicly accessible online third-party repositories. We do not control or endorse the content hosted by these external services.
